Six nights, five different winners in USMTS Hunt for the Championship

Last week the touring modifieds of the USMTS made a six-night run through Iowa and Minnesota. If you were on hand for the opener at Oskaloosa, you got to see all five of the winners in action on opening night. Brad Pinkerton won Osky's main event after surviving a duel with Al Hejna over several laps. The high side was the fast side as Pinkerton went on to win. Night two saw Jason Hughes win at Highway 3 in Allison, and then repeat on night three, winning at the Buena Vista Raceway. Night four saw the tour move to Lansing, Minnesota, where Ryan Gustin grabbed the victory. Tommy Myer was the night five winner at Deer Creek Speedway while Tim Donlinger wrapped up the 6-day tour with a win at Dodge County Speedway in Kasson, Minnesota.
