Southern Iowa Speedweeks brings new products for souvenir hunters

Being a regular at Southern Iowa Speedweeks in Oskaloosa and Knoxville, along with a plate full of good sprint car racing, I get treated to a bunch of new souvenirs that are just calling out to be taken home.

New hat - Dennison Racing Tees has created this hat to mark the 50th anniversary of the Knoxville Nationals.
Side view - A look at the '10 sprinter.
Vintage - The Roy Robbins sprinter decorates the back of the hat.
In recent visits to Knoxville, there is already a bunch of items marking this year's 49th running of the Nationals. T-shirts, hats and so on are starting to fill the races as this week's events draw near. But beyond this year's events, there are already souvenir items being put out to draw attention to next year's 50th running of the Nationals.
One of the items, put out by Dennison Racing Tees is this cool new hat I am showing off to you here. Stitched in beautiful gold metallic thread along with blue and black on white, this hat is almost too pretty to wear, even though I'm sure you will want to show it off.
It has a neat logo announcing the 50th anniversary, but what I like even more are the two sprint cars it sports. On the right side of the hat is a modern day sprinter numbered '10 for next year's show. On the back is the clincher for me picking up this hat - the car that won the first Nationals driven by Roy Robbins. With this hat you can celebrate both the past and the present.
Dennison's is selling the hat for $22, and I suggest you get it fast as they should prove to be very popular. Dennison's also features this 50th logo on jackets, glasses and shot glasses so far. You can find Dennison's located at the blue trailer in the infield at Knoxville, as well as in two locations behind the grandstand.
Over the next couple weeks I will try to feature some more items to be found at this year's Speedweeks.
